When To Find Aurora: Aurora's are harvested beginning in late September, and are usually available until May.
Best Use for Aurora's: These apples are known as a dessert apple, used in salads or excellent when paired with peanut butter. They do brown easily, so drizzle over a bit of lemon juice if they are used on a platter.
How to Store Aurora's: Like all apples, Aurora's keep best in your crisper.
