Terms of service

We guarantee delivery on the day you have requested. Because of weather or unforeseen circumstances we may be 1 hour outside of our allocated time, but we will send email communication or call if this is the case. You have agreed to pick up on the day and location you requested from June 23 - October 6, 2023. If you miss 3 weeks in a row, and we have not received any communication from you, we will not longer deliver your bundle, and will assume the contract is complete with no refund.

We are not liable for stolen food or food damaged by the elements.

If for some reason we are not able to fulfill your order, we will email you as soon as possible and make appropriate arrangements.
