Why we #effinglove it: Indigenous to the Pacific West Coast,  this lean white meat has a mild fresh flavour , medium-firm texture and large flake  that does not taste like cod. Great alternative to Halibut.

Cooking Method: Best methods include- bake, broil, deep-fry, grill, sauté, or steam

Fish Tip: Works well with bold flavours, can take longer to cook than most white fish (up to 10 minutes a side if 1 inch or thicker)
