Reclaim Broccoli shoots
Consumer choice when it comes to nutrition. Broccoli shoots contain 40 to 50 times more of the phyto-nutrient (antioxidant) sulforaphane than full size broccoli. Adds a great tanginess to eat as a sandwich sprout, on top of any entree or side dish, blended in smoothies, or in salads. Also a significant source of calcium, dietary fiber, vitamin C and vitamin A.
